Senior RPA Developer – UiPath + Python | Build Scalable Automation Systems from Scratch
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio
• Solve complex automation problems by integrating Python scripts for advanced logic, APIs, file handling, and data parsing
• Architect reusable components and RPA frameworks that reduce duplication and improve reliability
• Own deployment lifecycle via UiPath Orchestrator — assets, queues, triggers, schedules
• Drive process discovery, stakeholder discussions, and automation feasibility assessments
• Implement enterprise-grade error handling, logging, monitoring, and security controls
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices in bot design, documentation, and versioning
• Integrate with diverse systems — Excel, PDFs, REST APIs, internal tools, browser workflows
What We’re Looking For
• 4–8 years of RPA experience with strong UiPath + Python skills
• Deep understanding of Orchestrator administration and workflow design patterns
• Experience building bots from scratch, not just modifying templates
• Hands-on with Git, Jira, CI/CD for bots, secure credentials management
• Comfortable working in lean teams, with full ownership from discovery to production
• Systems thinker — understands when to automate, when to script, and when not to
• Clear communicator with debug-first mindset and strong documentation habits
Bonus If You Have
• Experience with email automation, Excel macros, PDF scraping
• API-first bot design with webhook triggers or polling
• Exposure to DevOps for RPA – containerized bots, health checks, centralized logging
• Previous work in trading/financial domain automation
