Education:-Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:-
• Oversee the real estate transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless processes and compliance with legal regulations.
• Analyze market trends, conduct feasibility studies, and present comprehensive reports to guide decision-making.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, contracts, and sales transactions while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to expand the company's network and opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the real estate sector.
Requirements:-
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate analysis and management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
