Job Description
In this role, you will support the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) team with a wide variety of sales analytics.
Your role:
You will partner with sales leaders to design and optimize territories, using procedure data and account revenue trends. You will develop actionable targeting and segmentation frameworks that will guide the commercial team to the highest ROI actions. By collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will optimize and automate operational processes to improve elements such as roster management, quota preparation, and sales report distribution. Your contributions will accelerate revenue performance by enabling sales leaders to support customers more efficiently and effectively.
You're the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in analytical roles such as finance, sales operations, or marketing;
• Your skills include: advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and interpretation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a similar field
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re a great communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels within the organization; Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado or Minnesota is $80,000 to $120,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth MN or Colorado Springs CO.
