Job Description
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
· Analyze data and generate insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector and software selling domain.
· Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and actively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
· Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, such as schools, colleges, and universities.
· Conduct in-depth consultations to understand their pain points, requirements, and objectives.
· Present and demonstrate our software solutions to effectively address their needs and drive sales conversions.
· Acquire a deep understanding of Welcome Cure's software products and their value proposition in the education sector.
· Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
· Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features to potential clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Ø Candidate must have minimum 2-5 years of experience in the field of Marketing B2B & B2C.
Ø Minimum Qualification Graduation, MBA /PGDBM / Diploma – Sales and Marketing or related field
Ø Knowledge of selling Software / Products to colleges, Institutions School etc. Govt related connect will be added advantages.
Ø Proven track record of success in software sales, specifically within the education sector.
Ø Required candidates: Male / Female. Who have hunger, fire to act and passion to perform should only apply.
Ø Have an aggressive marketing approach
Ø Break targets and re-strategizefor next 3/6/+ months
Ø Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ø Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and confidently navigate complex sales cycles.
Ø Experience with CRM software and sales productivity tools
Ø Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Ø Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Ø Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Ø Salary Range will be from 35k to 45k per month.
