Key Responsibilities
• Find and research new prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Contact potential prospects through various channels like LinkedIn, Cold calls and Email Campaigns.
• Set up meetings or calls with Prospective Customers for Product Demos.
• Must possess a Customer-focused attitude, with a goal to understand and solve our prospective customer's problems.
• This role reports to the Head of Sales. Future career progression to an Account Executive role with a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Professional Requirements
• Hunger to succeed and grow in a Start-up environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 Yrs of Experience in B2B Software Inside Sales to prospective customers in the USA and India.
• Expertise of multiple sales prospecting techniques like Cold Calls, Emails and Social Media outreach.
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills, along with Negotiation skills.
• A zeal to chase targets and outperform expectations.
• Good Understanding of CRM & other Technology tools for Sales.
