Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, industries, and distributors in the water treatment sector.
Sales Execution: Drive sales of RO pressure vessels, membranes, water treatment chemicals, and plants, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend customized water treatment solutions, leveraging Swems expertise.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical, service, and marketing teams to provide seamless customer support and maximize business growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3-7 years of B2B sales experience in the industry sales (related sectors preferred).
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage customer accounts effectively.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and site visits as required.
