Roles and Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Manage Online sales enquiry platform India Mart, Trade India, Justdial etc. and Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
Preparing presales proposals for prospective clients, Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities, Making inspiring sales presentations
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
Monitoring competitor activities in terms of their MOP, products, market share and production capacity for respective areas.
Sales Planning, Data Analysis (Market/Brand Sales, Market Research, Competitors), Distribution Management, Good Negotiation skills
Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan and work as per the sales strategy and achieve targets as given by the Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
Proven sales management experience.
Have hands on experience in India Mart, Trade India, Justdial, etc. online platform
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati
