Job Description
• Identify gaps in market for product placement and develop channel of distributors / dealers in the territory assigned.
Create dealer/distributor wise sales plans in alignment with overall business targets.
Support the channel of distributor/dealers in secondary sales in stock liquidation.
Evaluate of channel with respect to overall potential of the area vis a vis potential of brand.
Attend enquiries directly received or forwarded from the CRM team.
Prepare channel / area wise quarterly and annual forecast and ensure achievement of the targets.
Develop and manage the OEM relationships in the territory.
Managing receivables of the assigned territory and ensuring timely collection.
Forwarding sales order and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery of the material.
Suggest new services / products to management to increase customer satisfaction.
Timely Report and MIS on performance.
Help select and train salespeople for distributors if required.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Any other tasks or work assigned by the management.
Requirement:
The client requires candidates from only from Wires and Cables Industry having 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably from competitor companies such as Polycab, RR, Havells, Finolex, and KEI.
The client is looking for candidates, who stay & have network at the base location.
Rounds of Interview: There is only one round of interview with DGM – Business Development for selection & offer.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Education: B.E. Mechanical / MBA Marketing / Any Graduate
Salary
Punjab - 25000 to 32000 p/m
Haryana - 25000 to 30000 p/m
Rajasthan - 25000 to 30000 p/m
Gujarat - 25000 to 30000 p/m
Delhi - 30000 to 35000 p/m
Other benefits: Travel Allowances and Incentives will be Extra
