Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - CAD/CAM (Bengaluru)
Profile Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in CAD, CAM, Machine Tools, and CNC technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of relevant experience, The position will be based in Bangalore and will involve regular interaction with all levels of management in corporate settings.
Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell Siemens CAD-CAM solutions, including NX and Teamcenter, to potential clients in the Bangalore area.
· Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts and conducting market research.
· Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services, and provide customized solutions tailored to their needs.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our CAD, CAM, Machine Tool, and CNC solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote our products, expand the network, and generate leads.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile Engineering or a related field.
· Proven track record of 3-10 years of successful sales experience in the CAD, CAM, Machine Tool, and CNC industry.
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of CAD, CAM, Machine Tool, and CNC technologies.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate reports.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
· Knowledge of the Bangalore market and existing industry contacts is a plus.
