Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of technology products tailored for industries.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries and key decision-makers within those industries.
Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and propose appropriate technology solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology products.
Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and address client requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Provide ongoing customer support and post-sales service to foster long-term relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including pipeline management, sales activities, and customer interactions, using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in a technology sales role.
Strong knowledge of robotics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial ERP, inventory management, Industry 4.0 automation, computer vision, industrial compliance, or safety products is highly desirable.
Experience selling to industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, automotive, healthcare, or similar industries is an asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and cultivate long-term business relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales productivity software.
