Education: Graduate degree in any specification from an accredited institution.
Job Role:
1.Business development by creating affiliate partners by visiting travel / hospitality companies, corporates & PSU’s/Associations.
2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and generate revenue.
3.Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
4.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote the company's products and its brand value.
6.Synergise and engage with cross functional departments and teams.
7. Proven record of consistent achievement of KPIs, and targets and a business hunter who also excels at Client Relationship Management.
8.Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines and targets.
9. Excellent at negotiations, convincing ability and should possess presentation skills.
10. Should be self-driven innovator, collaborator & self-starter.
11. Willing to travel across the region as well as India as and when required.
Experience:
1. Experience of 2+ years in Sales/Business Development.
2. Candidates from Travel & Tourism domain will be an added advantage.
3. Trained & skilled in MS Office.
