Job Description:
We're looking for an Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound queries, establishing a genuine connection with students and their parents. Your task will be to understand their academic goals, match them with the right tutors, and guide them in choosing suitable educational packages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound leads, encouraging them towards trial classes.
• Establish strong relationships with potential students and parents to comprehend their unique learning needs.
• Match students with the most suitable tutors, in line with their individual learning requirements.
• Design and finalize educational packages tailored to each student's needs.
• Expertly use CRM tools for lead management and to streamline sales processes.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Refine and enhance sales pitches and strategies, contributing to the overall sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with tutors and our academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction and superior service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for dealing with parents.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
Remuneration and Work Hours:
• Timing: 2 to 11 pm
• Work schedule: 6 days per week
• Compensation: Competitive package composed of 60% fixed pay and 40% variable pay
