Position: Senior Sales Executive (Security Guarding & Housekeeping Services) Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for generating new business for aegis Protection Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation till contract signing. Responsibilities: 1. Prospect conversion. 2. Meeting clients and presenting company profile & services. 3. Following up & networking. 4. Negotiation and contract signing. 5. Documentation. Required Candidate Qualifications: 1. 7+ years Field sales experience for a B2B security services or facility management company. 2. Verbal and Written Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English. 3. High energy & enthusiasm to meet targets and get new contracts for the company. 4. Excellent verbal communication and selling ability. 5. Experience networking and building relations. 6. Minimum Graduate (any) (non-graduates with ++ years of relevant experience will be considered) Preferred Qualifications: 1. ++ years Sales experience in security services industry in Pune, Maharashtra. 2.
