Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executives in our Interior Team to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will be required to be on field and meet up our potential clients and managers of different residential areas in the location allocated to you.

Responsibilities
• Setting individual sales targets and achieving them.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Connection with RWA, Builders and with commercials also.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in the sales field.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Candidate must have his own vehicle.

Applicants having experience in real estate or interior/architecture industrt will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
