Senior Sales Executive
QUALIFICATION:
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Experience – 3+ years’ experience in garment accessories sales (Hangers, Buttons, Zippers, Labels)
Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
Must be a resident of Bangalore
Good written and oral communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi
Basic Computer and Excel skills
Should have a own two-wheeler with a valid license
Have good network with Garment exporters, Domestic garment manufacturers in Bangalore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver strategic and sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth.
Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking
Opens new accounts, expands sales on existing accounts
Possess a detailed knowledge of Vestn, our products, the industry and competitive market,.
Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs
Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations.
Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly reporting.
Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results
Manages accounts receivable
Work with Strategic Marketing to identify, analyze and recommend actions to meet strategic unmet customer needs
Responsible for the management of Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management
Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of customer trials
Communicates competitive developments in his/her account base regarding marketing strategies, pricing structures or product performance and communicates intelligence to management through the Monthly Report system
