Job Description: Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive is a key member of the sales team and is primarily responsible for marketing account management and quotation preparation. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective account management and accurate quotation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Account Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Understand the unique needs of each account and provide customized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Quotation Preparation:
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotations to customers.
• Follow up on quotations to address any questions or concerns.
• Negotiate and close sales deals based on agreed-upon quotations.

Account Management:
• Monitor the performance of key accounts and develop account growth strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects.

Individual Sales:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Market Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Gather and analyze data to report on the day-to-day market status.
• Identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret market data.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 (INR).

Experience: 3 to 4 years.

Number of Openings: 2.
