As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for analysing the prospective clients and selling our services. Will also be responsible for handling client's complaints and resolve them in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have to build a strong relationship with the clients. Ideally, you should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You should also have outstanding customer service skills. Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Converting leads into customers
Supervising the tasks of all the Sales Executive in the team.
Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.
Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.
Developing and planning various sales activities.
Gathering and analyzing all the sales-related data.
Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.
Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team.
Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.
Senior Sales Executive Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience & 1-2 years’ proven experience in construction company
Master’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools & CRM Software.
Good organizational skills
Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
