Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the distribution business of mobile accessories and multimedia products, your primary responsibility is to drive sales, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and resellers. You will play a crucial role in the distribution process, ensuring that our products reach a wide market and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Customer Acquisition:

Identify and target potential retail partners, resellers, and distributors.

Generate leads through market research, referrals, and industry events.

Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients.

2.Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new customers.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support.

Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

3.Product Knowledge:

Develop expertise in the mobile accessories and multimedia product portfolio.

Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.

Train retail partners and resellers on product features and benefits.

4.Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Present product offerings to retail partners and negotiate pricing and terms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities.

5.Order Management:

Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Address any order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

6.Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide valuable feedback to management for product selection and pricing adjustments.

7.Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

8.Travel:

Travel as needed to meet with retail partners, attend trade shows, and conduct business development activities.
