Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tendering Executive at Ganesh Green Bharat Limited (Formally known as Ganesh Electricals Pvt. Ltd.) located in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Executive is responsible for Searching for new tenders, providing tendering support for all projects, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tenders. The Tendering executive is responsible for the submission of the tender in due time with all the necessary documents. They will work with the team to understand the client's requirements, evaluate the scope of work, manage project timelines, and create cost estimates. The Tendering Executive will also coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to obtain all necessary information for the tender submission. The Tendering Executive has to be ready for Pre-Bid and Post-Bid meeting with the Government Department.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
