Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Air Ticketing B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the air travel market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Sales Strategy and Growth:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth and stay ahead of competition.
Monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Possess a deep understanding of the air travel industry, including airlines, fare structures, booking systems, and related services.
Consult with clients to recommend suitable travel solutions that align with their business needs, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with clients to establish favorable terms, pricing agreements, and contractual terms.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
Generate regular sales reports and analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X+ years) in B2B sales within the travel industry, with a focus on air ticketing.
Strong network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Leadership experience, including managing a sales team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Adaptability to changing market dynamics and a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
