Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at AVJ HR Solutions in Jaipur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. They will also participate in networking events to promote the company's services.

Qualifications
• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in sales presentations and preparing sales reports
• Networking and Business Development skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
