Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
1. Must have a 1-3 years experience in tile/ luxury goods brand or similar role
2. Will have to drive sales by reaching out to customers in short “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
3. Should be dynamic
4. Process POS (point of sale) purchases
5. Build productive trust relationships with customers
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
7. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
8. Proficiency in English
+. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
