Roles and Responsibilities
• Customer - Centric Salespersons should provide tailor-made service as per patients' requirements and health conditions.
• Meeting doctors at different hospitals/Clinics to sell Home care company Services.
• Meeting Corporate HR and Admin to do tie-up for medical room services and providing home care services to their employees.
• Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.
• Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.
• Should be the face of the company and resolve customers' issues and take feedback regularly for better service quality.
• Provide Innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business and customer experience.
• Generate leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within hospitals & clinics.

Experience required in/Preferred Candidates should have.

Experience 3-4 years in Homecare or Reputed Hospitals in the city of preference

Home health care sales Experience/Good Specialist doctor Network/Good Corporate Network

Sales planning and execution skills

Strong understanding of products and services in home healthcare

Great Communication/Interpersonal skills

Good Team Player

Ability to work under high-pressure situations.

Good Doctors Network

Self-motivated person with strong listening skills

Strong verbal/reading/writing skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Tamil Chennai, Marathi & Gujarati-Mumbai)
