Job Summary
Job Title: Real Estate Sales (2 years of field experience)
Job Function: Sales Management, Customer Service Delivery, Communication Skills, Real Estate, MS Office, Sales Manager, Real Estate Manager, Property Manager, Sales, Sales Officer, Field Sales, Business Development.
We are looking for candidates from Real-estate background itself with English, compulsory, Hindi preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Good understanding of the Real Estate Market.
• Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
• Participate in negotiations-Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product.
• Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closure.
• Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations.
• End-to-end Sales Responsibility
• Managing Visits
• Following up with Customers till Sales closure
Qualifications and Skills:
• Looking for young and dynamic candidate
• Relationship Building.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skill
