Position Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of our UV/LED - Narrow Web Inks, Offset Inks, and Dry Offset Inks product lines. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for UV/LED - Narrow Web Inks, Offset Inks, and Dry Offset Inks by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and its applications, enabling you to provide expert advice to customers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present sales quotes and proposals, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the management team on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UV/LED - Narrow Web Inks, Offset Inks, and Dry Offset Inks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
