Profile Briefing: Hiring talented candidate for Real Estate position to undertake all Sales responsibilities. You will be the voice of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Precise Information:
• Title: Senior Sales Expert (Real Estate)
• No. of Vacancies: 5
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Salary & Compensation: No bar for right candidate.
• Shift: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM | Monday to Saturday |
• Week-off: 1 l Monday to Friday (any day) l
• Working days: 6
• Desired Experience Range: 6 Months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Team Handling
• Project Management
• Establishing, developing and managing relationship with Realtor's
• Developers, Property Investor and end users
• Understanding clients requirement and financial and Negotiation through
• Win situation between client and developers.
• Handling Face to Face inquiry.
• Being a Central point of contact for business issue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationship to Pave the way for future
relationships and develop referral network
Desired Skills:
• Good in English, Gujarati & Hindi communication.
• Must have Real Estate experience.
• Analyze the customer’s needs and convince them.
• Professional Sales Attitude.
• Energetic sound and polite aggression on calls.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Customer-Focused Mindset.
