Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
• Proven track record of at least 15 years in sales, with a focus on online sales and marketplaces, preferably within the apparel industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through innovative sales strategies
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing channels, with a track record of leveraging these channels effectively to drive sales
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
• Deep knowledge of the apparel market, including current trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with online retailers, marketplaces, and distributors
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability, and maximizing ROI
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for YUVAKAA Fashion and Lifestyle Brand, with a primary focus on driving online sales and expanding market share
• Define clear sales objectives, targets, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives and revenue goals
• Identify and evaluate online sales channels, platforms, and marketplaces to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with key players in the industry, including online retailers, marketplaces, and distributors
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that resonate with the target audience and drive sales
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development, pricing strategies, and sales tactics

• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance, market share, customer acquisition, and profitability
