We are looking for an experienced senior Sales Leader to be part of our Sales Strategy team. A high energy professional who will bring winning drive and work on Visionet’s visibility and business expansion.
A self-motivated and a ‘go-getter’ who has the potential to meet deadlines. Must be analytical with strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities; strategize our competitive advantage and have strong market research abilities. The ideal candidate will act as the brand ambassador and will be responsible for accelerating the growth, has the experience to handle multiple clients at one time and enjoys working autonomously and in a team with a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience and capacity of closing deals worth 5 million$ -10$ million and more is ideal.
• A professional with C-level contacts is desired.
• Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers (CXOs, VPs, AVPs, Directors) and deliver client deals: this role will encompass participating and leading aspects of the business development process from lead to deal.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Achieve lead generation, incremental lead generation and other business development goals leading to SOW closures.
• Work on cross-functional strategies with internal teams namely Pre-Sales, Strategy, Operations and Recruitment with sole purpose of winning new businesses for clients.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust with stakeholders. Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports to management.
• Responsible for leading the negotiation, coordinating with stakeholders including legal and closure of the deal with signed contract. Transitioning of the contract to delivery team and providing necessary support for mutually agreed period.
• Analyze sales metrics to determine the sales strategy and conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain and audit records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

• Willingness to be on the road: The candidate is expected to travel regularly to prospects and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.
• Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling BPaaS, SaaS, Product Solutions in Insurance Industry to Insurance Carriers and Financial Organizations will be a plus
