We are hiring for the role of a Senior Sales Manager, who will assist the Head of Sales & revenue in selling the Hoopr enterprise packages to OTT platforms, channel networks, and larger brands and businesses, as well as maintaining and developing strong relationships in a defined set of assigned and growth accounts.
The role involves working closely with the leadership team, discussing the partnerships, drafting proposals, and making a pitch to convert the clients and onboard them with official agreements & documentation in place with the help of the legal team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Identifying the right kind of brands and businesses as per the different tiers of packages defined by the Sales team
· Sending out proposals to potential leads via email/Linkedin and set up meetings with the decision-makers
· Assist the Sales & Revenue Head in converting the enterprise leads
· Follow the revenue projections and meet the monthly & quarterly sales targets
· Build and lead a team of junior business development managers to expand the sales quotas
· Monitor team KPIs and proactively analyze the team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes
· Presenting the KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to the leadership team
· Maintaining the database of the leads and clients
· Identifying upselling opportunities with the existing accounts
Who should apply for this role?
• Experience in e-commerce/marketplaces or media-tech companies in India with a min of 5 years of professional Sales/Business Development experience
• MBA (or equivalent post-graduation degree) from a Tier-1 Institute in India or abroad is preferable
• Ability to draft creative proposals for timely delivery
• Excellent communication skills are required to pitch and convert leads into customers
• Affinity to build lasting business relationships
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining a database, following legal documentation processes with client engagement agreements, invoicing, etc.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and start-up environment
