• Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive at RR Innovative Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the chemical distribution industry. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide tailored chemical solutions and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
2. New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the chemical distribution market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
3. Sales Targets Achievement:
- Set and meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve desired results.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our chemical products.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance as needed.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
6. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
7. Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance regulations in the chemical industry.
- Promote safe handling and storage practices to clients.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in chemical sales, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior sales or executive role.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical products, applications, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
