Senior Sales Manager B2B
We are hiring for Senior Sales Manager with 8 years+ in diversified sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing aggressive revenue growth.
This position reports to the CEO and will work collaboratively with the executive team and department leaders to develop and execute marketing objectives, strategies, and programs to achieve market dominance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build business by identifying and selling to prospects and maintaining relationships with clients for cross-selling.
• Utilize data-driven methods to identify changes in the competitive environment and initiate strategies to maximize sales revenues.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure higher business efficiency.
• Lead from the front and demonstrate high-quality selling ability. Hire, manage and coach the enrolment and marketing teams to drive both performance and accountability.
• Analyze business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them.
• Achieving exceptional conversion on incoming leads from the marketing and lead generation team.
• Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams
• Coordination with internal teams like IT, Technology, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met within the given timelines
• Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently
• Build, manage and execute a 360-degree sales plan to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts across multiple geographies
• Work very closely with the team on achieving customer success
• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organizations revenue-generating departments
Job Requirement:
• 8 years+ in diversified sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing aggressive revenue growth
• Experience with Cloud/ IT industry (product or Service)/EdTech companies and Education Industry
• MBA in marketing sales will be preferred or should have equivalent work experience
• Must be experienced in handling Corporate Training Sales in EdTech
• Excellent communicator with analyzing and problem-solving skills.
• A demonstrated track record of success in a fast-growing Saas organization that includes managing multiple business line forecasts with accuracy and predictability throughout the entire sales funnel
• Strong ability to produce results within a team environment or individually, utilizing a “take charge” attitude, self-motivation, and commitment
• Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.
• Proven experience in Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company
