Senior sales Manager for Healthcare Organization|

Job Summary

Qualifications:

• 5 -7 years of Experience of Sales & marketing in healthcare Industry.

• Experience in handeling team sizes of 6 to 8 people

• Must have handeled direct customer/patient queries in large numbers

• MBA in sales and marketing or PGDM in healthcare marketing from reputed organizations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sales strategy for B2C and B2B sales.

• Design and implement sales process flow for handeling pateint queries that come into the system on a daily basis.

• Documenting the process in form of SOP and review and ammend the SOP pn timely basis.

• Taking overall responsibility of each lead and making sure every lead is followed up as per the sales process SOP.

• Take overall responsibility of maintaining sales database and CRM system by assuring timely and accurate updation of data of leads and their followup.

• Report performance and sales data to management on timely basis.

• Disgn and implement clear responsibilities of each team member and fix accountability of each member for the task assigned to them.

• Review individual and team perfomances and provide feedback to team members on their performance and ways to improve sales.

• Prepare sales projections on a quaterly basis and assume responsibility of meeting sales goals

• Review pricing and promotion strategies with marketing teams and implemet changes if any required

• Work with marketing team on providing feedback and suggest changes if anyrequired in marketing strategies.

• * Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within the territory.

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their research needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

• Liaise with Product and Scientific Support staff regarding difficult customer queries.

• Document all communications and customer interactions.

• Provide feedback from the customers about market dynamics, product performance, competition and market potential.

• Manage the existing relationship of STEMCELL Technologies as well as to generate revenue in the territory by identifying potential customers, introducing them to our products and working with them by providing technical support and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Client Management & Technical Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• Healthcare Industry related: 3 years (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
