Required Candidate profile:
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
-An MBA from a good institute will be preferred more.
-People with a background in NRI Sales, Wealth Management, Hospitality Sales or other Non- Real Estate sales will be preferred to.
-Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
-Experience in customer relationship management.
-Experience managing and directing a sales team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Dedication to providing great customer service.
-Ability to lead a sales team.
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
-Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Job Responsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
-Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-To generate reports tracking how well each individual achieves these seasonal targets.
-Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
-Must evaluate all aspects that generate new business while maintaining client relationships.
-Implementing marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls.
-Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
-Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
-Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
