Senior Sales Manager
Responsibility & Roles :
• Life insurance companies need motivated and attentive managers who can Identify and recruit potential insurance advisor
• Acquiring new Agents or Advisors on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly
• Coach advisors to be more productive, plan a strategy and hit the goal. Concentrate on sales team management, geographic coverage, and spread control.
• To meet Agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on regular basis and maintaining records in a planned manner.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Qualification: Graduate
• Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile
• We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
• Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales (FMCG, Retile, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutula Fund)
• Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
