Role Overview — Sales Leader (BFSI / AI Services / Insurance Products)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive enterprise consultative services growth across BFSI,
AI-led transformation, and Insurance product/services ecosystem — leveraging Qualtech Edge’s deep
engineering and transformation capabilities to deliver outcomes that matter to financial institutions.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility, intended for exceptional sales professionals
ready to grow into practice leadership, business head, or CXO track roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Services-Led Business Development & Growth
Identify, qualify, and close high-value deals across BFSI, AI services, and insurance
Product/Services organizations.
Drive end-to-end consultative sales cycles — from discovery and solutioning to negotiation and closure.
Champion Qualtech Edge’s services portfolio across: Experience Engineering, Data Engineering,
Cloud & Infra Engineering, Enterprise Integration and AI/GenAI-driven transformation services
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and propose tailored transformation roadmaps.
2. Strategic Account Leadership & Expansion
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders across BFSI and tech-led organizations.
Drive multi-year engagements across: Digital transformation, AI/ML adoption, Legacy modernization, Product/platform engineering
Identify cross-sell opportunities across consulting, implementation, managed services, and product engineering.
3. Solutioning & Go-to-Market Influence
Partner with delivery, product, and engineering teams to shape winning solutions.
Lead RFI/RFP responses, executive pitches, and board-level proposals.
Translate client needs into compelling business cases showcasing ROI and transformation impact.
4. Market Intelligence & Positioning
Track trends across BFSI, AI/GenAI, fintech, and insurance ecosystems.
Use insights to refine value propositions, pricing strategies, and GTM approaches.
Provide inputs to shape service offerings aligned with evolving market needs.
5. Sales Excellence & Forecasting
Consistently exceed revenue, pipeline, and margin targets.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking.
Mentor pre-sales and bid teams on domain positioning and messaging.
Candidate Profile
7+ years of enterprise sales experience across:
IT/Consulting Services or AI, Data, and Cloud Services
BFSI, Fintech, Insurance, or Lending ecosystems
Proven track record in selling:
Digital transformation, engineering, or AI-led services
Cloud, data, or managed services
Exposure to the insurance domain or the broader BFSI ecosystem (banking, NBFCs, fintech) is preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with or selling insurance products, lending platforms (LMS/LOS), or fintech solutions is a strong advantage
Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex enterprise deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills
11. Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative selling approach
12. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
