What are you expected to do:
• Identify & Mine Potential Large Customers
• Lead Generation to Sales Win
• Meet & Chase Targets for the month & Quarter
• Build Interactive and Continuous relationships with CXOs across HR, Business, Procurement & Leadership
• Work on CRMs and Processes to generate Sales reports & follow ups
• Stakeholder interactions with Legal, Finance, Business & Management teams
• Initiate new Ideas & Plans to generate sales
• Collaborate with Marketing to design & hold events, webinars & other marketing initiatives to engage customers.
What are we looking for:
• Experienced & Competent Sales Leader with ability to Sign & Acquire Customers
• Work across industries, Sectors & Uprising domains within the nation
• Understanding of Contract Staffing, Professional Staffing, MSP, and other models of services within the IT staffing and NON IT staffing companies.
• Ability to manage & converse with the most senior & potential leaders within the targeted market segments
• Understanding of the different pricing and service models within the staffing industry
• Ability to deal & work with internal & external stakeholders
• Meet Sales Targets & Build upon Customer Growth & Retention
Experience Range:
Minimum 12 Years with at least more than 6 years of relevant industry experience
Location: Mumbai
Travel Across the Country
