Job Description
Have in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry
Establish relationships with architects, interior designers and PMCs and specify products in their BOQs
Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Devise sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Create new sales points through penetration in various business sectors like corporate, coworking, schools, institutes, hospitals, hotels etc
Act as a bridge between the market and the product development team.
Encourage research on potential customers.
Network at various levels to bring more business to the company.
Establish key accounts and large contracts in the government sector through GEM.
Skills Required:
Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in the furniture industry.
An MBA in Sales and Marketing from a well-recognised institution.
Well-versed with MS Office.
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets.
Knowledge of best sales practices and methods.
Team player with solid motivational and leadership skills
