Job Description
• To meet company revenue targets set for the products portfolio
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction.
• Define specific marketing campaigns from time to time to promote our products
• Take initiative to manage client relations from selling to servicing the customer
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify viable markets to sell our products
• Prepare market reports and business cases
• Develop our product portfolio as well as promote our products
• Teach and lead other colleagues
• Delegate work to inside sales executives for target-based lead generation
• Drive product demos, presentations, customer meetings and negotiations
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry eventsto showcase our products
Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of experience in product selling, marketing or related fields
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with prudent negotiation skills
• Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelines
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainties
• Ability to leverage digital marketing channels to increase product awareness
• The ability to motivate team and take accountability for self and team.
• Proficiency in MS office tools
• Experience with any Sales software like MS CRM, Salesforce is a huge plus.
