Description
Indoqubix Cloudtech is seeking a qualified sales manager who enables us to generate revenue through his individual contribution. He should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Connect with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
• Do actual groundwork to generate and close leads.
• Should be able to do ground-level execution work on the services offerings by Indoqubix Cloudtech
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Qualifications
• MBA/BBA in sales/marketing or business administration
• 5+ years' of sales experience in IT Services (Application development and support)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
