About the job:
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and customer focused Senior Sales Operations Analyst who wants to become part of a new global team (Global Sales Desk) to lead and support our Sales teams with the transition of customers to the HERE Platform environment.
The Global Sales Desk will consist of 6 people, equally spread across our offices in India, Mexico and Poland to partner with our Sales teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa. The team will be instrumental in providing our valued customers with the best possible customer experience.
As a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst, you will plan, coordinate and execute the activities to ensure a smooth and commercially successful transition of the customer’s business.

What you’ll do
Role and reporting line
The Global Sales Desk team is part of the Global Sales Operation team and the role reports to the Global Sales Desk lead. The main responsibilities include:
Planning, coordination and execution of activities to enable a smooth transition of HERE’s customers to the platform for the region
Partnering closely with other teams across regions to understand the challenge, needs and process required to ensure successful and timely migration of customers
Provide guidance to Sales as a subject matter expert on HERE platform topics such as adoption, usage, monetization, consumption, and processing
Providing clear and timely communication to all stakeholders

On a daily basis, you will support HERE Sales teams with:
Analyzing the existing business of HERE customers including product usage, use case, pricing, deal financials, contractual terms, invoices, etc.
Identifying the matching product offering, license models and pricing available on the platform
Preparing commercial options and migration strategy for the customer and align with Sales
Supporting Sales in customer sessions to explain the onboarding process and the new commercial set-up
Ensuring that all platform and customer deliverables are in place to enable a smooth migration of HERE customers to the platform, i.e. coordinate and conclude migration steps, platform onboarding, quote creation and App ID management

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly motivated, analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a strong communicator comfortable with working across teams and regions.
You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities, competencies, and work experience:
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA desired with 5+ years of experience
3+ yrs of experience structuring deals either in Deal Desk, Sales support, Sales operations, or Revenue Operations
Experience with and understanding of software sales, SaaS business models and deals, and contracting
Experience in one or more of following industry verticals: Technology, Automotive, Transportation & Logistics, Mobility, Business Services
Experience with data products, data platforms or platform business in general (preferred)
Able to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings; comfortable with presenting to senior management and executives
Tools and systems: Jira, Confluence, CRM (SFDC, Zuora or other), Excel, PowerPoint
English fluency, excellent oral/ written communication and presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to communicate confidently rationale for decisions across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills
