About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep knowledge of the property market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will work across a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential and/or commercial properties, supported by a dedicated back-office team that allows you to focus on client engagement and successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to property presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver high-impact property presentations and proposals to clients.
Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market conditions.
Represent the company at open homes, auctions, networking events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, admin) to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of property sales experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Valid Real Estate License (as per local/state regulations).
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
In-depth knowledge of local property market dynamics and buyer behaviour.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client relationship management and networking capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Mandarin or another second language is a plus (depending on market segment).
