About the Role :

As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide the technical implementation, and ensure the overall architectural integrity of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities :
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive technical strategies and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce projects.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations and propose enhancements that drive business value.

Requirements :
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions across various industries.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce security models, integration patterns, and data architecture.
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles, including SOA, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor less experienced team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in the EST time zone, including availability for night shifts as required.
