As a Salesforce Developer, you'll own the design and implementation of Salesforce capabilities that enable us to deliver superior experiences for our clients. You'll apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills from day one. You'll begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of the action, as you work side by side with some of the best developers, consultants, and project managers in the business.
What you'll do:
• Every day is different, but here's a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish:
• Accountable for the successful technical implementation of projects with across a variety of technical solutions
• Facilitate the development system requirements and design specifications with team leads
• Work with the Solution Specialist to break down user stories into actionable tasks
• Develop aesthetic and usable interfaces on the Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Communities, and Salesforce1 using SLDS and custom Lightning Components in Javascript using the Aura Framework
• Build back-end automations and triggers on the Salesforce Platform using Apex
• Write SQL/SOQL/SOSL and JSON queries to manipulate data
• Ensure coding standards are followed and evolved with project experience
• Review the development work consistently and own the quality of the development work
• Maintain & provide technical knowledge transfer documentation
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Keep project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
• Ensure code quality using appropriate tools
• Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
• Communicate and enforce the best practices and coding standards
• Perform code reviews and mentor fellow developers
• Your day-to-day will involve designing and building salesforce solutions, proof of concepts, triaging and fixing issues, demonstrating built solutions in sprint demo etc.
• You will work with your manager to create a 30-60-+0-180-360 day plan to establish your long-term career path within the organization.

• You have a strong ability to support the creation of innovative digital transformation strategy and to help deliver and implement an operational solution that is customer centric
• You are a technology enthusiast and can support a program's diagnostics surrounding complex business/technical challenges to implement innovative digital solutions with latest technologies.
• You are hands on in design and development of custom solutions on platform including work experience in web Services Integrations, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Application Integration and Data Migration.
• You are passionate for SFDC technology and are driven to keep up to date with the latest functionality.
• You are flexible with the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change. Ambiguity is not something that scares you.
• You are recognized as trusted, empathetic and accountable in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals.
• You are optimistic and demonstrate a positive mental attitude. You persist in seeking goals and operate from a commitment to success rather than fear of failure.
What you bring:
• 5+ years of development experience. Ideal candidate has experience working in complex CRM projects that include building solutions, user experience, integrations with internal and external systems, QA, deployments and maintenance.
• 4+ years development experience on Salesforce platform
• Strong background of working in large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
• Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design
• platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (application design, architecture and development using ), certification preferred.
• Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Intermediate level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds
• Ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Front and backend solution architecture
• Experience with integration with customer and 3rd party applications
• Multiple successful Salesforce implementations
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Must be willing to travel to client sites
