About the Role :
We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for customizing Salesforce applications, flows, developing complex Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Integrations and Lightning components, and collaborating with business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and admins to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce platform limits.
- Optimize Salesforce customizations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support data migration, deployment, and release management activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and industry trends.
- Build and optimize complex Flows, Record-Triggered automation, and data transformations
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to post-deployment support and documentation
- Design and manage Batch Apex and Queueable Apex jobs for large-volume data processing
- Participate in requirement analysis sessions, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
- Lead code reviews, peer development sessions, and version control best practices using Git or Bitbucket
Requirements :
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT, Git).
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable :
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus)
