Are you an experienced Salesforce enthusiast with a passion for crafting seamless customer experiences? We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer who is not only well-versed in Salesforce Technical Architecture but also possesses a profound understanding of various Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Commerce Clouds).
Role and Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud to deliver exceptional user experiences.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and define architecture strategies.
· Provide technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and design specifications.
· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices, advocating for innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including a strong background in Experience Cloud Configuration
· Proven expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, including designing and implementing complex solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and features, with certifications like Salesforce Developer I, II, or Platform App Builder.
· Solid understanding of integration techniques, APIs, and data migration strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
· Experience working in Agile Methodology
· Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
· Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· A collaborative and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
