Senior SAP Basis Consultant Role
Experienced professionals are sought for the position of Senior SAP Basis Consultant. This role requires a strong background in SAP Basis Administration and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Basis Administration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Oversee S/4HANA Version Upgrades (2020, 2021, 2026), SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) and GRC Upgrades.
Migrate OpenText and OpenText Component Migration with minimal downtime.
Perform multiple EHP Upgrades across environments, including BW Upgrade experience.
Administer SAP HANA, leveraging expertise in SAP NetWeaver.
Execute SAP Migration (OS/DB, Cloud migrations using SUM/DMO) while maintaining database knowledge of SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase ASE.
Tune system performance, monitor systems, and manage transport management (TMS).
Experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setups.
Familiarity with SAP Landscape Virtualization Management (LVM).
Desirable Skills
Hold ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but valuable).
Lead junior Basis teams, fostering growth and development.
Work effectively in Agile and DevOps environments.
Implement automation scripting and system health checks.
