Remote Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with strong EMEA region experience to design, configure, and optimize manufacturing operations in SAP S/4HANA or ECC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with manufacturing landscapes across Europe, Middle East, and Africa , including knowledge of regional business practices, regulatory requirements, and process variations.
This role involves delivering complex manufacturing solutions independently, working across discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments, and integrating closely with planning, quality, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and configure end-to-end manufacturing processes in SAP, including production planning, shop floor execution, and order management.
• Work across multiple manufacturing models: discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing .
• Integrate manufacturing processes with SAP PP, QM, MM, EWM, and PTD modules.
• Support and optimize manufacturing execution in S/4HANA, aligned with Industry 4.0 and EMEA-specific operational standards .
• Conduct workshops across EMEA time zones, gather regional business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Lead functional testing, defect resolution, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with multi-country teams and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience , with a strong focus on manufacturing modules and processes.
• Proven experience working on SAP manufacturing projects within the EMEA region (e.G., EU regulations, localized business processes).
• Strong configuration knowledge in SAP PP, PP-PI, or related manufacturing functionalities in S/4HANA/ECC.
• Solid understanding of integration with MM, QM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Manufacturing or Production Planning.
• Experience in EMEA multi-country rollouts , global templates, and regional deployments.
• Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies (MES, IoT integration, predictive maintenance).
• Understanding of EMEA-specific compliance, regulatory, and operational frameworks in manufacturing.
