We are a leading video production agency specializing in creating high-quality video content for corporate and retail clients. We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Script Writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing engaging scripts for a variety of video formats, including corporate ads, employee branding videos, event videos, blogs, articles, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Script Development:
• Write, edit, and proofread scripts for various video formats, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop compelling narratives and storylines that engage and captivate the target audience.
• Collaborate with clients, directors, and the production team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality scripts.
Creative Conceptualization:
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for video content that meet client needs and industry trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.
Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and insights for script development.
• Analyze client briefs and feedback to refine and improve script quality.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure scripts are executed effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all scripts meet high standards of quality, creativity, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and scriptwriting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a scriptwriter, preferably in the corporate or advertising industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong storytelling abilities with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
