Senior SCROM Developer (Freelancer)
We are looking for freelancer eLearning Developers with 4-5 years of experience in eLearning, who can understand the importance of designing and delivering learning solutions as per client requirements. He/she will be responsible for the development of eLearning courseware
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop course interface, instructional graphics and animations that illustrate critical concepts and
desired learning outcomes in eLearning courses
• Develop custom graphic layouts, assets and screens, and page navigation buttons for eLearning courses
• Translate instructional concepts from storyboard into interactive graphics or animations that reinforce
the concepts specified by the instructional designer
• Develop contents, assessment questions, and exercises for eLearning
• Create an end-to-end eLearning course using Articulate Storyline / RISE / Captivate / Elucidate / I
Spring
• Work with subject matter experts and understand their requirements and adhere to their standards
and guidelines
• Review and test new and revised content curriculum of other team members
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the curriculum or assist with innovative ideas
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure proactiveness
• Deliver eLearning products of excellent quality with efficiency
