Job Description
You will work with technical teams to drive high-quality software solutions by ensuring alignment to Agile principles, facilitating team collaboration, and guiding solution delivery through Agile ceremonies and practices. This position requires strong experience in software development life cycle, Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe), and delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach, mentor, and guide teams to self-organize and adopt Agile best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to plan and execute deliverables aligned with technical solution designs.
Support development of enterprise-level APIs and web solutions with a strong focus on integration, performance, and scalability.
Foster continuous improvement in team velocity, quality, and Agile maturity.
Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure transparency of progress through metrics and reporting tools like Jira and Confluence.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ensure team deliverables align with architecture standards and compliance frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or CoBiT.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Experience working with enterprise-level software delivery involving Backend (Java, J2EE, Quarkus, Spring Boot, SOAP/RESTful APIs, Swagger, Microservices) and Frontend (ReactJS, JavaScript, NodeJS) technologies.
Proven experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience in Agile frameworks such as SAFe; SAFe Certification is an asset.
Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, eTOM, CoBiT) and ability to apply them in technical planning and delivery.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
Working Conditions:
Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
